Development of konjac products
Good quality ingredients are indispensable for making safe, secure and delicious konjac products. The Material Division has been developing new types of ingredients based on the know-how we have cultivated. Today, we have developed "Timac Mannan" which cuts off the odor of konjac, and "AF Mannan" which is dissolved in water and aseptically packaged in a gel form. We are also contributing to the development of foods with an unprecedented texture, foods with functional claims using glucomannan, and foods for specified health uses.
